Grand Real-Estate was established in January 2010, in order to provide a more comprehensive rental service for the low to moderate income apartments of MBSCC. This division was later expanded to include construction labor and training, real-estate development, property sales and purchases. Our recent construction/renovation projects include 1125 Grand Concourse, Bonner Place Senior Housing and the renovation of twenty eight residential buildings.
We manage the entire portfolio of non-senior apartments for MBSCC, in neighborhoods throughout the Bronx, including Concourse, Morrisania, High Bridge, Mount Eden and Mount Hope. In total, we manage over 20 residential buildings and over 800 apartments.

This Side of Paradise
Mid-Bronx Senior Citizens Council (MBSCC), one of the leading, not-for-profit, community development organizations in the Bronx recently hosted the exciting art exhibition, This Side of Paradise at the majestic Andrew Freedman on the Grand Concourse. The innovative show was curated by the art group, No Longer Empty and it showcased the works of 32 artists on the first and second floors of the palatial Andrew Freedman. Interactive, community-driven programming, panel discussions and electric dance performances rounded out this creative collaboration which ran through June 5th.
