Opened in 1989, provides 101 apartments for low-income tenants, 10 percent of whom were formerly homeless; developed by MBSCC, which now owns and manages the facility and provides community services to residents.

Opened in 1990, provides 169 apartments to low- and moderate-income tenants, 50 percent of whom were formerly homeless; owned and managed by MBSCC, which offers social, educational, and recreational services to resident adults and children.

Opened in 1990, provides 78 apartments to low- and moderate income tenants, 50 percent of whom were formerly homeless; MBSCC owns and manages the facility and offers social, educational, and recreational services to resident adults and children.

Opened in 1991, provides 45 apartments to low-income residents, 10 percent of whom were formerly homeless; rehabilitated by MBSCC, which owns and manages the facility and provides social services to tenants
